  PRE-SEASON TRAINING KICKS OFF FOR 2012

All past, present and future 2012 players are all invited to come and start the 2012 season off with “Pre Season” training which is outlined below. This is an important part to any player’s intentions to playing the 2012 season and getting a head start on other teams and players at other clubs, as well as preparing for pre-season trial games and 10’s carnivals.

Commences – MONDAY 9^th JANUARY, 2012 at 6.30pm SHARP at Eltham Rugby Union Club and concludes at 8.00pm at Eltham Rugby Union Club.

Training Nights - Monday and Wednesday’s ONLY

NO rugby, soccer or any other type boots to be worn.

What to Bring – your own water bottle

What to wear – shorts, shirts, singlet’s and runners.

If you know of other players or other people (male or female) who just want to get fit and be willing to put in the hard yards bring them along with you.
